The latest A-listers Katy and Russell have put their 1922 Mediterranean style Los Feliz home on the market for $3,395,000 (about £2.1 million) – and the predominantly white decor is almost shockingly understated bearing in mind its current owners’ gloriously outlandish personal styles.
The 4,600 square foot gated property includes a swimming pool (naturally), four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms (4 proper bathrooms and a downstairs loo to the likes of us), a private spa and a former three-car garage that’s been put to far more glamorous use as Katy’s ‘wardrobe styling room’. Good girl Katy, good girl.
A 25-foot-tall teepee that Russell bought for his wife reportedly stands in the yard – we have yet to confirm whether or not it’s included in the list price.
According to the Los Angeles Times, given the amount of time Brand has spent lately on movie sets and because of Perry’s ongoing California Dreams world tour, the couple has decided to make the New York apartment they bought last year their main residence to avoid the need to maintain the compound in Los Angeles.
